By accessing our website, submitting your documents, or requesting any linguistic service, you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Our Terms & Conditions are applied to our individual and corporate clients equally.

Order Placement & Confirmation
We make the ordering and confirmation process easy for you:
You can send us your documents via WhatsApp or Email. After receiving your files, our team will evaluate them and provide you with a quote. Your order is officially confirmed once full or partial payment is received. We then start working on your project right away and guarantee delivery on the scheduled date.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
At Alsun Arabia, certified translation projects are completed within 1 to 2 business days. We also offer urgent translation services with delivery in less than 12 hours.
We deliver the final work only after the client’s review, approval, and the implementation of any feedback. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all translation projects are delivered without delay.
Pricing & Payment Terms
We offer three pricing plans for our translation services:
- Standard: SAR 30 – 40 per 250 words.
- Premium: SAR 40 – 50 per 250 words.
- Professional: SAR 50 – 70 per 250 words.
Alsun Arabia is committed to complete transparency in our quotations; there are no hidden fees added to the cost after the project is completed.
Regarding our payment terms, Alsun Arabia requires proof of full payment or deposit before work commences via one of our accepted payment methods.
Certified Translation & Acceptance Guarantee
Alsun Arabia adheres to the following quality standards to ensure the validity of its certified translations:

- Applying official stamps and the translator’s signature to all documents before delivery.

Confidentiality & Document Security
Alsun Arabia is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your documents through the implementation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). These agreements legally bind all signatories to safeguard data and prohibit disclosure to any third party. We ensure this protection by requiring our entire translation team to sign an NDA before commencing work on any project.
Client Responsibilities
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted to Alsun Arabia are 100% valid and free from errors or forged data. Furthermore, it is the client’s responsibility to provide any additional details or special requirements requested by the receiving authority, ensuring that the translation fully complies with the standards of the target entity.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights for all original documents are owned entirely by the client. However, regarding the translations produced by Alsun Arabia’s team, it is strictly prohibited to modify, distort, or resell the work, or to exploit Alsun Arabia’s name, without obtaining prior approval from the company.
Limitation of Liability
Alsun Arabia is committed to providing clients with 100% accurate, certified, and stamped translations that are ready for submission to official authorities. We are responsible for delivering all projects within the pre-agreed timeframe.
However, Alsun Arabia shall not be held liable if a translation is rejected by an official entity due to factors beyond its control. This includes cases where the translation is submitted late by the client, failure to comply with specific submission requirements imposed by the relevant authority, or other force majeure events such as global technical outages, natural disasters, etc.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as applicable in all public and private institutions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If no such settlement is reached, the Saudi judicial system shall be the final authority for resolving the dispute.
Changes to These Terms
Alsun Arabia reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions in accordance with legal changes, technical updates, or operational adjustments.
