If a refund is requested after work has commenced, we do not retain the entire amount; instead, we only deduct the cost of the part already completed from the total payment.
Upon project completion, the client has the right to submit feedback and request revisions. In turn, our team works diligently to implement all requested adjustments to ensure complete client satisfaction.
